Originally from Minnesota, Mike puts the “Team” in Team Handy Dan. With over 10 years experience in residential carpentry, Mike brings with him a range of problem-solving skills and a deep knowledge of the inner and outer aspects of a living space. He also has a degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota.

With years of experience with assembly, mounting, drywall repair and everything in between, Team Handy Dan is lucky to have Grant on the Team. When he isn’t working with Team Handy Dan, you may see him around NYC performing standup comedy in some of NYC’s best clubs!

Team Handy Dan.

Hello there, I’m Dan.
I’m a skilled tradesman residing in Manhattan, offering my expertise in various handy tasks for both residential and commercial properties within New York City. My ultimate goal is to assist you in accomplishing your home and business maintenance needs with Team Handy Dan

From an early age, I possessed a natural inclination for disassembling and reconstructing toys according to my own vision. During my late teenage years and early twenties, I embarked on numerous ventures involving the purchase and restoration of motorcycles along with vintage campers.

Throughout my twenties, while being part of the band Those Manic Seas, I had the opportunity to tour extensively across the United States. This experience greatly enhanced my customer service abilities as I also took on managerial responsibilities within our musical group.

Interacting with individuals from all walks of life across every corner of America proved invaluable as it eventually led me to join Queen Kwong, another touring band. With them, I had memorable performances in prominent cities such as London, Berlin, Paris amongst many others. One of our notable achievements was opening three consecutive sold-out shows alongside Nine Inch Nails in Las Vegas during 2018.

Since then, I have made a significant shift towards production and videography- two fields where I’m looking forward to sharing creative content with you.
